Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan

NiSource offers a Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan that allows registered common stockholders to reinvest dividends. In addition to reinvesting dividends, the plan allows participants to make optional cash investments and automatic monthly contributions towards the purchase of NiSource common stock. The plan also allows individuals who are not existing stockholders to make their initial investment, without needing to obtain a broker.

Electronic Dividend Deposit

NiSource offers Electronic Dividend Deposit to registered common stockholders. Electronic Deposit allows dividend payments to be automatically deposited into a checking or savings account and eliminates the inconvenience of delayed or lost dividend checks.
